HDA for Analog Mechanism Integration to Clock

This HDA rigs any clock by adding the mechanism of an analogue clock making the hands move.

Requirements

• Any Analogue Clock, with Separate Hands (Use Split)
• Minimum Four Hands with Center Pin Required! (Missing Clock Hands Can Be Duplicates of the Same Hand)
• Center Pin is the Centroid from which all Hands Rotate!

1. Hour Hand (Required / Can be Duplicates)
2. Minute Hand (Required / Can be Duplicates)
3. Second Hand (Required / Can be Duplicates)
4. Center Pin (Mandatory)
5. Alarm Hand (Optional / Can be Duplicates)

Outputs

1. Clock Hands
2. Hands With Clock Face & Markers (For Debug Purposes)
3. Face & Markers (Just in Case!)

HDA Controls (In Order)

Offset Hand Rotation

Automatic adjustment will attempt to position all hands at the 00:00:00:00 position. However, if any hands are not exactly at zero position, offset it here to achieve alignment. All hands are independent of each other here.

Do not set the time from this tool; instead, use Manual Time and adjust from Time Adjust Parm.

Time Capture

Defaults to 'Manual', keep the setting on 'Automatic' to use the current time. Otherwise, use 'Manual' to set the time. The Automatic mode gets system time and sets it as well.

You may need to trigger a recook once you've made changes.

Time Adjust

Based on the 12-hour Clock, Set Time from here. All hands have connected movements here, so the clock doesn't go out of sync except for the alarm.

Rotation Mechanism

Clocks can have a ticking or sweeping motion, or they can be a mix of both. The motion can be set independently on a per-hand basis.

Extra Controls

If the clock is moving anticlockwise (Don't ask), reverse it using the 'Movements' button. If the face is flipped for some reason, it can be corrected by toggling the 'Face Flip' option.

Disclaimer

I have created this HDA to the best of my knowledge and have tested it on more than 10 random clock models available online. However, this doesn't guarantee that it will always work, although it most certainly should!
